DEFENCE.

Ready for service is what is maintained, documented and secured.

Equipment makers, maintainers, suppliers and service providers of defence: companies where availability counts and confidentiality is a condition.

Availability is created in the workshop, not in the report.

Spare parts, maintenance intervals, inspection evidence, configuration states: what makes a device ready for service lives in manuals, paper files and the heads of experienced technicians. Add requirements on classified information, evidence obligations and supply chains that every system must meet, before it may be used at all.

We build AI systems that relieve maintenance, spare parts logistics and documentation: in-house, without external connection where the classification demands it, and with evidence that auditors accept.

Where it gets stuck for equipment makers and maintainers.

Six spots between workshop and evidence that we keep finding at suppliers and service providers of defence.

What we make of itA maintenance assistant that knows manuals, fault history and technicians' notes, and answers in the workshop, without external connection.

01

Maintenance knowledge on paper and in heads.

Manuals, technical instructions, the experience of technicians who have been around for decades. When a device is down, whoever is on duty decides.

What we make of itDemand forecast from maintenance plan and fault history, stocks consolidated, obsolescence visible early.

02

Spare parts that arrive late or wrong.

Long procurement routes, obsolescence, stocks in several warehouses. One missing part takes a whole system out of service.

What we make of itOne configuration state per device, with changes, inspections and evidence, readable for technicians, robust for auditors.

03

Configuration states nobody knows.

Which version is installed, which change is documented, which inspection is pending? The answer lies in several systems and files.

What we make of itEvidence that arises in operation, maintenance, inspection, training, access, and is complete on request.

04

Evidence that costs weeks.

Inspection, audit, acceptance: every time, documents are gathered from workshop, warehouse and office that should have been there long ago.

What we make of itSystems that run in-house, without external connection, with access your security organisation approves: AI under classification, not despite it.

05

Classified information that rules out every cloud.

Classified data may not leave the building. So AI remains a topic for later, and the workshop works as it did twenty years ago.

What we make of itSupply chain data consolidated and evidenced, origin, inspection, certificate per part, retrievable when the contracting authority asks.

06

Supply chains subject to evidence obligations.

Origin, certificates, sub-suppliers: for every part it must be proven where it comes from and who inspected it.

What may run where.

The classification determines the architecture, not the other way round. Three levels, three answers: where models run, where data flows, which services are possible.

Which level applies is decided by your security organisation. We build accordingly, and not around it.

What we build for equipment makers and maintainers.

Six services that most often make the first step at suppliers and service providers of defence.

01

Maintenance assistant in the separated network.

Manuals, fault history and technicians' knowledge, retrievable in the workshop, without external connection.

Custom Solutions
02

Spare parts before they are missing.

Demand from maintenance plan and history, stocks consolidated, obsolescence visible early.

Data & AI
03

Security the classification demands.

Access, logs, response plan and evidence, agreed with your security organisation.

Cybersecurity
04

Replace legacy systems without outage.

Module by module, with a way back, in operations that must never stand still.

IT Modernization
05

Evidence that arises on the side.

Maintenance, inspection, training, supply chain, documented in operation, complete on request.

Agentic AI
06

Operation on site, with cleared personnel.

Systems monitored and maintained where they are allowed to run, with contacts who know the environment.

Managed Services

Which system must not fail at your organisation?

Tell us where maintenance, spare parts or evidence cost time today, and which classification applies. In the first conversation we tell you what is possible in-house.

FAQ.

Classified data may not go to the cloud. Is AI possible at all then?

Yes, in-house. Models run on hardware you control, in a separated network, without external connection. That is more effort than the cloud, but possible, and we tell you beforehand what it costs.

Who may work on such systems?

Your security organisation decides that. We work with cleared personnel where it is required, and document every access. What we are not allowed to do, we do not do.

Our manuals and instructions are on paper. Is that a problem?

No, that is the normal case. We digitise what is needed and make it retrievable with its source; the instruction stays the instruction, only findable.

How robust is the evidence towards auditors and contracting authorities?

Every piece of evidence carries source, time and responsible person. What the system cannot prove, it does not claim. The format follows what your contracting authority demands.

Is it worth it for a mid-sized supplier?

A maintenance assistant or a spare parts forecast is a manageable project with clear benefit for the technicians who leaf through pages and wait today. We start with one device type.
