Advice needs time. Documentation eats it.

Advisory teams spend more time with the system than with the client: reading the portfolio, searching for occasions, compiling documents, documenting every conversation in a compliant way. What retains clients gets left behind.

We bring AI to where financial service providers lose advisory time today: to portfolio, occasion, preparation and documentation, under supervision, with source reference, in-house.

Advice, morning

The portfolio knows more than your advisors see.

Contracts expire, life situations change, clients ask questions, and none of it is where the advisor looks in the morning. The CRM administers, it does not think along. At the same time, regulators and clients demand that every recommendation is evidenced and every conversation documented.

We build systems that read the portfolio, spot occasions, prepare conversations and take care of the documentation, with a source reference for every statement and without client data leaving the building.

Where it gets stuck for financial service providers.

Six spots between portfolio and advice that we keep finding at banks, insurers and brokers.

What we make of itThe portfolio is read: occasions spotted, prioritised and presented to the advisor, with reasoning and source reference.

01

The portfolio nobody reads.

Thousands of contracts, terms, life situations, present in the system, but nobody sees which client has an occasion today.

What we make of itA meeting folder that compiles itself: contracts, history, open items, recommendations with evidence.

02

Preparation from five systems.

Before every meeting: contracts here, correspondence there, documents in the archive. Preparation takes longer than the meeting.

What we make of itThe record is created from the conversation, checked by the advisor, filed with evidence, before the next client arrives.

03

Documentation after hours.

Every conversation has to be recorded, compliant, complete. Usually that happens in the evening, or incompletely.

What we make of itAn agent reads, sorts and answers standard requests, and presents to a person what needs judgement.

04

Requests that age in the inbox.

Change of address, claim notification, cancellation, question about the contract: everything lands in the same inbox and waits for someone with time.

What we make of itEvidence that arises on the side: every recommendation with source, every conversation with record, every access logged.

05

Regulators who want evidence.

Inspection, audit, complaint: every time, documents are gathered that should actually arise during running operations.

What we make of itInterfaces instead of night runs, one place for client knowledge, secure access: the foundation on which advice has time again.

06

Systems that do not talk to each other.

Core system, CRM, document archive, portal: each has its own truth. The advisor is the interface, by copy and paste.

One client, one week.

Mon

Occasion spotted.

Who does the workThe portfolio was read: a contract is expiring, the life situation has changed. The advisor sees the occasion, not the spreadsheet.

Tue

Folder ready.

Who does the workContracts, history, open items and recommendations with source reference lie in one folder, compiled before the advisor asks.

Wed

Meeting.

Who does the workThe advisor. The time belongs to the client, not to the system, not to the search.

Thu

Documented.

Who does the workThe record was created from the conversation, the advisor has checked it, the filing is compliant, without after-hours work.

Fri

Evidence in place.

Who does the workRecommendation, evidence, record and access are logged. When the regulator comes, everything is there.

Monday

The portfolio speaks up.

The advisor does not search for the occasion; the occasion finds the advisor, with reasoning and source reference.

How much of your advisory time is advice?

Tell us where your advisors leave their time today: portfolio, preparation, documentation or inbox. In the first conversation we tell you what AI takes over there.

FAQ.

May client data run through an AI system at all?

Yes, if the system runs where your data is allowed to be: on your infrastructure or in a European cloud with keys in your hand. We build so that data protection and the regulator can sign it off.

How does the system evidence its recommendations?

Every statement carries its source: contract, document, correspondence. What cannot be evidenced is not claimed. The advisor sees the source reference before adopting anything.

Our core system is old and the vendor slow. Does it still work?

Usually yes. We read from what the system provides, exports, interfaces, documents, and write back only what the vendor allows. The core system stays the core system.

What about the works council and the advisors themselves?

Involve them early. Systems that take work off advisors are something different from systems that measure performance. We disclose which data flows where, and build so that nobody is monitored without knowing it.

Is it worth it for a smaller broker or a regional bank?

Especially there. A documentation assistant or an inbox agent is a manageable project with clear benefit for the people who write records in the evening today. We start with one process.
