This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, the server automatically records data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume transferred, browser type and operating system. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and fast delivery of the website. Log files are kept only as long as needed for operation and security. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Where data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, of which Vercel is a member, and on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
When you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company, phone or link, your message and the topics you noted) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries. The message is transmitted by a server function at the hosting provider as an email to our mailbox. Our mailbox is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as part of Google Workspace; a data processing agreement is in place with Google. The data is deleted once your enquiry is settled and no statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
We use Vercel Web Analytics from our hosting provider Vercel Inc. to see which pages are viewed how often. No cookies are set and no data is stored in your browser. The IP address is not stored; from browser data a non-reversible hash is derived for the duration of a visit and discarded at the end of the day. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is improving the website. No link to your person is made.
This website sets no cookies, uses no further analytics or tracking services and embeds no content from external providers. Fonts are loaded from our own server; no connection to font providers is made. Links to social networks are plain links; you only leave our site when you click them.
To exercise these rights, contact hello@axodren.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
