Logistics · Freight forwarding, warehousing, contract logistics

What is not dispatched stands still.

Routes, warehouse, customs, customer enquiries: in logistics, every morning decides afresh whether the day runs. Dispatch knows it, in their heads, on the phone, on three screens.

We bring AI to where dispatchers, warehouse managers and clerks lose time today: to order, route, warehouse and document.

Dispatch, morning shift

The day begins with a jam in the inbox.

Orders arrive by email, portal and phone, each in a different format. Before the first truck rolls, dispatch has retyped, queried and replanned. In the warehouse someone counts what the system knows differently. And customs waits for a document someone still has to find.

We start where the day gets stuck: orders that create themselves, routes planned with the data that is there, stock that is right, documents that are ready before anyone asks.

Where it gets stuck in logistics.

Six spots between order and delivery that we keep finding at freight forwarders and warehouse operators.

What we make of itAn agent reads orders from email and PDF, creates them in the system and only asks when something is missing.

01

Orders in every format.

Email, portal, call, fax: every customer sends differently. Everything is retyped, queries go by phone, errors show up at the driver.

What we make of itRoute proposals from orders, vehicles and time windows; the dispatcher decides instead of starting from scratch.

02

Routes by experience.

The dispatcher knows their drivers, customers and roads. If they are out, someone with less knowledge plans, and the routes get longer.

What we make of itGoods receipt, transfer and order picking recorded as they happen, and stock that is right, without counting.

03

Stock that is not right.

The stock in the system and the stock on the shelf are two numbers. Searching is done on foot, what gets shipped is whatever can be found.

What we make of itDocuments are generated from the order, in the recipient's format, checked before the driver needs them.

04

Customs and documents on demand.

Consignment note, customs declaration, dangerous goods, evidence: every document is created anew, every time by hand, often at the last moment.

What we make of itAn assistant that knows shipment, route and status and gives the answer, in the portal, by email, on the phone.

05

Where is my shipment?

Customers call, clerks search in three systems, the driver gets called. Every enquiry costs several people time.

What we make of itRobots that cope with disorder, where walks are long and parts vary, and people who no longer have to walk.

06

Warehouse work with long walks.

Order picking, repacking, palletising: with changing products and containers it stays manual work with long walks.

A dispatch board that fills up.

Four columns, one morning. This is how a day with AI begins in dispatch, and every card shows who created it.

What we build in logistics.

Six services that most often make the first step at freight forwarders and warehouse operators.

Orders and documents without retyping.

An agent reads orders from email and PDF, creates them and generates consignment note, customs and evidence.

Managed Services

What does your morning start with?

Tell us where the first hour is lost in dispatch, warehouse or administration. In the first conversation we tell you what AI takes over there.

FAQ.

Our customers send orders in twenty formats. Does that have to be standardised first?

No. The agent reads email, PDF and portal the way they arrive, and creates what it understands with confidence. Only the rest comes back as a query.

We have a transport management system. Will it be replaced?

No. We build around it: orders land in the TMS, proposals come from the TMS data, documents are generated from the TMS order. The system stays your system.

What about customs, dangerous goods and evidence obligations?

Documents are generated from the order and checked against rules before they go to the driver. Responsibility stays with your customs officers, with less night work.

Does it work in the warehouse with changing products?

Exactly there. Robots that see and grip need no fixed programming per product. Where it does not pay off, it stays manual work; we tell you that beforehand.

Is it worth it for a mid-sized freight forwarder?

An order agent or a document assistant is a manageable project with clear benefit for the people who retype today. We start with one process, and calculate honestly whether the next one pays off.
