Runs. At night too. Even on holiday.

Applications, infrastructure and AI systems need someone who keeps watch: installs updates, takes alarms seriously, answers questions, at three in the morning too, and when the one colleague is not around. We take over operations with responsibility: with clear agreements, reports you can understand, and people who know your system.

A small factory at night, in a lit window a robot with headphones sits at a desk

What we operate.

Operations is not a ticket inbox. It is the responsibility that something runs, and the honest message when it does not.

A mechanic oils a machine shaped like an application window

Applications.

Portals, business applications, interfaces: monitoring, updates, troubleshooting and small enhancements, built by us or taken over from others.

A gardener trims server racks like hedges

Infrastructure.

Cloud, your own data centre or both: patches, backups, access, costs in view. So that the foundation everything else runs on holds.

A robot is examined by a mechanic with a stethoscope

AI systems.

Models and agents need care: monitor quality, cap costs, relearn when the business changes. Otherwise they quietly get worse without anyone noticing.

What happens at night.

Operations show themselves not in the normal case but in the fault: who sees it, who decides, who fixes it, and do you hear about it from the report or from a customer's call? One incident, played through: how it runs with us.

The difference: The fault is fixed before the early shift begins. In the morning you read what happened, not that something happened.

How we proceed.

Three steps. Each ends with something you hold in your hands.

01

A runner hands a baton to a robot runner

At the end you haveThe operations plan: systems, access, runbooks, contacts, and what happens in which order in an emergency.

Takeover.

We take stock of what is there: systems, dependencies, access, open construction sites. From that come runbooks and an operations plan, for systems we did not build too.

02

A robot with a checklist tightens the bolts of a bridge

At the end standsMonitoring with meaningful alarms, verified backups, current systems, the basis on which operations become calm.

Stabilise.

Monitoring that only reports what counts. Backups we can restore, verified, not assumed. Updates that are installed before they become a risk.

03

A gardener robot tends a growing plant made of servers, a clock behind it

At the end there runsRegular operations with a report, fixed contacts and improvements that lower costs instead of generating tickets.

Operate & improve.

Regular operations with a report: what ran, what did not, what we improved, what it cost. And we propose what can be switched off, simplified or automated.

Responsibility, not ticket forwarding.

A person and a robot sit at a service desk with a single phone

One contact who knows the system.

No hotline that first opens a ticket. Whoever answers at our end knows your landscape, and can decide, not just forward.

A report with check marks is handed over, a clock in the background

Reports you want to read.

What happened, what we did, what comes next, on one page, in language management understands too. No abbreviations, no excuses.

What must not fail at night at your company?

FAQ.

Which systems do you take over?

Applications, infrastructure and AI systems, built by us or by others. The prerequisite is a takeover phase in which we get to know and document the system. After that we carry the responsibility for it.

What happens in case of a fault at night?

Monitoring reports it, an on-call engineer takes over, fixes or contains it and informs as agreed. In the morning the report is there. Which response times apply we agree per system, matching what the outage would cost you.

How flexible are the agreements?

You choose per system what you need: office hours or around the clock, monitoring alone or full operations. Terms are designed so that you can adjust when your business changes.

Can we take operations back later?

Yes. Runbooks, documentation and access belong to you, monitoring and automation are transferable. When your team is ready, we hand over in an orderly way; that is part of the service, not a special case.

How does this fit with our own IT team?

As a complement, not a replacement. We take over what needs attention around the clock or requires specialist knowledge; your team keeps the authority and gains time for what moves your business forward.
